Buying a home is the biggest financial investment most people will ever make and having the right professional on your side can have a huge impact on your entire financial future. I started my real estate career in Pennsylvania almost 20 years ago and I have absolutely loved every second of my career! I moved back home to Kansas City a few years ago and I'm working hard to build a great business here too. I have a strong background in home construction as well as financial planning, home staging, marketing and mortgage practices. My strong negotiating skills ensure my clients get top dollar for their home. And my mortgage industry knowledge allows me to build strong relationships with local lenders and make sure that my buying clients are getting the best mortgage product for them.

I currently live in Shawnee, KS with my husband, John, and our son, Roman and I currently hold real estate licenses in both KS & MO. Although my work office is in Lansing, KS, I primarily work from my home in Shawnee as it is more centrally located to the areas I work. I currently serve areas within 40 minutes of Shawnee, KS in both Mo & KS. I would truly appreciate the opportunity to assist you with the sale or purchase of your home. Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising;

and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.

Designations

To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.
